Together, we will examine these beliefs and challenge your anxious thoughts to restructure your mindset. My goal is to help you manage your anxiety more effectively, establish healthy boundaries, rebuild your self-esteem, and ultimately live your life more fully. Initial Consultation

The Healing Mind offers free 15-minute phone consultations prior to booking an assessment. Consultations are a great way to ensure your therapist will be a good fit for you. We will discuss your concerns, how we can help, pricing, and scheduling.

Initial Assessment

The Healing Mind offers 60-minute intake assessments. Assessments are a great way for you to learn more about your provider and build confidence they can help. Your provider works to gain an understanding of what you're going through and what changes you'd like to see. Policy & procedures will also be discussed.

Follow Up Appointments

Follow-up appointments are 53-55 minutes in duration. The frequency will be determined based on preference and/or need. Most clients meet with their provider 1x weekly or 2x monthly. The Healing Mind will provide you with a link to attend your virtual sessions.
